Cellar Dweller v2 by jaygorb

Format: Commander

Commander: Winter, Cynical Opportunist

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Winter, Cynical Opportunist leads a Golgari self-mill and lands value deck. The primary plan is to attack with Winter to mill three, achieve delirium with four card types in the graveyard, then at end step exile those types to cheat a permanent into play with a finality counter. Secondary paths use mass reanimation with Living Death and Agadeem's Awakening and lands-matter engines like Lumra, Blossoming Tortoise, and The Gitrog Monster to generate advantage and large attackers. Winter is a repeatable recursion engine, not a combo piece. No hidden commander exists; Six and The Gitrog Monster support the graveyard plan but do not replace Winter.
