Commander: Director Nick Fury

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a **Jeskai Hero tribal** deck helmed by Director Nick Fury, built to deploy a wide board of low-cost Hero creatures and overwhelm opponents through combat synergies. Nick Fury's attack trigger provides repeatable card selection, while his cost-reduction ability accelerates Hero spells, allowing the deck to chain plays efficiently. The primary win condition is aggressive combat damage, amplified by anthem effects like Warleader's Call and Shared Animosity, plus damage doublers such as Mjolnir, Hammer of Thor. Secondary burn lines come from Human Torch, Johnny Storm and Death to Our Enemies. The deck includes modest interaction (a single counterspell, instant-speed removal, and three symmetric board wipes) and relies heavily on the commander to fuel its hand and tempo. There are no infinite combos; the game plan is straightforward: develop a Hero army, attack repeatedly, and close out the game with pump effects and repeatable value.
