Deck overview

This deck leverages Lightning, Army of One to weaponize combat damage and group-slug burn spells. Lightning's Stagger ability doubles all damage dealt to an attacked opponent until your next turn, turning modest burn spells and combat steps into lethal bursts. A dedicated equipment package featuring Sunforger, Buster Sword, and Brotherhood Regalia provides evasion, card flow, and direct access to an instant-speed removal suite. Simultaneously, group damage pieces such as Roiling Vortex, Descent into Avernus, and Price of Progress wear down the entire table, making individual player eliminations rapid and decisive. High-efficiency defensive tools like Flawless Maneuver and Deflecting Swat ensure key creatures survive opposing interaction.
