Ekthi Brew by RetroJedi

Format: Commander

Commander: Ekthi, Contaminator Priest

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Ekthi, Contaminator Priest is a mono-white Equipment/Phyrexian token deck. Its primary plan is to cast cheap Equipment, create Germ tokens through Ekthi's living weapon ability, and stack several Swords onto one attacker for a fast combat kill. The secondary path goes wide: Splicer tokens plus Anointed Procession, Mondrak, Glory Dominus, and Caretaker's Talent turn small Germs into a board of 3/3 and 5/5 Phyrexians. Ekthi is a finisher/multiplier: he provides a Phyrexian anthem and ensures every Equipment leaves behind a Germ, but he is not the deck's engine. The deck functions without him at moderate efficiency, and there is no hidden commander; the MDFC Halvar // Sword of the Realms is only a support card.
