Deck overview

This Temur deck is commanded by the 'Friends Forever' partner pairing of Bjorna, Nightfall Alchemist and Elmar, Ulvenwald Informant. The core strategy revolves around casting two spells per turn to trigger Elmar's investigate ability and untap utility creatures, fueling Bjorna's artifact-sacrifice goad pings. By pairing low-cost combat tricks that untap creatures with token-generation engines like Storm-Kiln Artist, Mister Fantastic, Reed Richards, and Biotech Specialist, the deck rapidly generates card advantage, mana velocity, and artifact fodder. It manipulates multiplayer dynamics using targeted and mass goad effects like Disrupt Decorum and Popular Entertainer, forcing opponents to attack and whittle down each other's life totals. The deck then converts this resource and life disparity into a win via massive Construct tokens from Urza, Lord High Artificer, high-impact threats like Etali, Primal Storm, or direct burn from sacrificing artifacts with Biotech Specialist.
