Deck overview

This deck is a four-color (non-green) Polymorph control and midrange strategy commanded by Jace, Multiverse Architect. Rather than leveraging Jace solely as card advantage, the list uses cheap token producers such as Skrelv's Hive, Dreadhorde Invasion, and Lingering Souls as disposable fuel for Jace's [-3] loyalty ability. On Turn 4, Jace converts a 1/1 token into an overwhelming haymaker from the library, including Archon of Cruelty, Avacyn, Angel of Horror, Serra's Emissary, or Archfiend of Despair. Supported by a dense suite of 2-CMC artifact acceleration, white spot removal, and asymmetric sweepers like Sunfall, the deck establishes commanding aerial dominance. Because it foregoes infinite combos in favor of combat-driven value, it steadily grinds down opposing life totals over several turns while using Jace's combat tax and defensive blockers to preserve its life total.
