This is an Izzet discard-matters deck helmed by Captain Howler, Sea Scourge, built to convert every discard into pump, card draw, and damage. The core loop is simple: deploy a looting engine (Rielle, the Everwise, Inti, Seneschal of the Sun, Artist's Talent), pitch cards to trigger payoffs like Glint-Horn Buccaneer, Magmakin Artillerist, and Monument to Endurance, and pump the commander (+2/+0 per card discarded) into a lethal attacker. Wins come three ways: a pumped Captain Howler, Sea Scourge with double strike and extra combats (Temur Battle Rage, Fear of Missing Out, Fury of the Horde), a massive Chandra's Ignition on a huge creature, or the Underworld Breach + Rielle, the Everwise + loot loop that draws the deck and finishes through Glint-Horn Buccaneer or Chandra's Ignition. The deck is a mid-speed value engine with a genuine combo ceiling.
