New Untitled Deck by Raid

Format: Commander

Commander: Teval, the Balanced Scale

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Teval, the Balanced Scale is the engine of a Sultai self-mill value deck. Each attack mills three and returns a land from the graveyard, while any card leaving the graveyard makes a 2/2 Zombie Druid. The primary plan is to use self-mill to stock lands and creatures, recur lands and reanimate threats, then win with Craterhoof Behemoth or Will of the Sultai. Secondary lines are reanimator aggression (Dread Return, Victimize) and an infinite-mana loop using Ashnod's Altar, Gravecrawler, Kheru Goldkeeper, and a Zombie. Field of the Dead and The Scarab God supply a permanent-based backup. There is no hidden commander; Teval is the only face in command, with Sidisi and The Gitrog Monster as backup engines.
