Sakai Equip by Th3_Fp3e

Format: Commander

Commander: Jin Sakai, Ghost of Tsushima

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is an Esper combat-damage deck that turns a single connecting attacker into a life-total math problem. Jin Sakai, Ghost of Tsushima is the value engine rather than the only finisher: his attack trigger provides double strike or unblockable to an isolated attacker, and his damage trigger draws cards. The 99 pairs him with a dense package of unblockable/infect creatures, half-life threats like Virtus the Veiled and Unstoppable Slasher, and Bloodletter of Aclazotz, which doubles all life loss on your turn and turns any successful half-life hit into a one-shot kill. Equipment tutors such as Stoneforge Mystic and Steelshaper's Gift assemble Colossus Hammer for commander damage or an infect kill, while Delney, Streetwise Lookout, Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive, and Kamiz, Obscura Oculus guarantee the important attackers get through. Ninjutsu pieces like Satoru Umezawa, Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow, and Nashi, Moon Sage's Scion add a second angle and extra draw.
