Deck overview

This list is an optimized competitive Jeskai Storm deck led by Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh and Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker. Rograkh provides immediate 0-mana commander presence, instantly unlocking Mox Amber, Springleaf Drum, Paradise Mantle, Deflecting Swat, and Fierce Guardianship on the earliest turns. The primary win condition revolves around resolving Underworld Breach, utilizing Lion's Eye Diamond (or Lotus Petal) and Brain Freeze to generate storm, mill through your library, and mill all opponents completely. Tutors like Intuition create deterministic piles that feed directly into Sevinne's Reclamation and Breach. The deck protects its combo turns using absolute silence effects such as Silence, Orim's Chant, Ranger-Captain of Eos, and Teferi, Time Raveler, supported by a dense suite of free countermagic and redirect spells. If Breach is contested, Ishai serves as an evasive, compounding combat threat that punishes opposing spell casts while draw engines like The One Ring and Rhystic Study maintain overwhelming card velocity.
