Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue draw-matters engine led by Kami of the Crescent Moon. It accelerates the entire table's card velocity during early turns to guarantee consistent land drops and resource flow. It then breaks parity through asymmetrical draw doublers like Teferi's Ageless Insight and triggers from The Unagi of Kyoshi Island. The deck converts massive hand sizes into board dominance using token producers such as Ominous Seas and Shark Typhoon, or direct life-drain bursts via Psychosis Crawler paired with Windfall and Prosperity. Alternate win conditions like Triskaidekaphile and Jace, Wielder of Mysteries provide clean exits when damage is stalled. A dense suite of countermagic and reset spells like Engulf the Shore and Flood of Tears keeps aggressive boards in check while you sculpt a game-ending hand.
