Deck overview

This Esper Commander deck leverages Zombie tribal synergies under Temmet, Naktamun's Will. The strategy focuses on establishing early Zombie board presence with low-cost creatures and token generators like Cryptbreaker, Jadar, Ghoulcaller of Nephalia, and Dreadhorde Invasion. Once Temmet enters the battlefield, attacking triggers card looting while buffing the entire Zombie army on every card draw. The deck amplifies combat damage through classic lords such as Death Baron, Lord of the Accursed, and Cemetery Reaper, finishing opponents through wide combat swings and reach from Gray Merchant of Asphodel or Shepherd of Rot. The deck features strong recursion to recover from board wipes, but suffers from a low land count (29 lands), scarce fast mana, and limited interaction against noncreature permanents.
