Deck overview

This Grixis deck is commanded by Edea, Possessed Sorceress, blending temporary threat theft with aristocrat sacrifice engines and combat manipulation. The core strategy revolves around casting Edea on Turn 4 or 5, stealing an opponent's key creature at the beginning of combat, attacking, and then sacrificing it to draw cards and trigger death payoffs. Mid-game force multipliers like Dictate of Erebos, Karlach, Fury of Avernus, and Port Razer turn this theft engine into asymmetric board wipes and overwhelming combat chains. The deck also includes permanent-theft blinks like Thassa, Deep-Dwelling and Conjurer's Closet, alongside an infinite combat combo with Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker and Spark Double. Protected by low-cost phasing and countermagic, the deck systematically dismantles opposing creature strategies while advancing a lethal clock.
