Deck overview

This deck is an Azorius Blink Combo-Control list commanded by Plagon, Lord of the Beach. The primary strategy focuses on deploying low-mana creatures with high toughness (such as Giver of Runes, Drannith Magistrate, and Dour Port-Mage) before casting Plagon on Turn 3 to generate immediate card advantage. From there, efficient flicker spells like Ephemerate and Cloudshift turn each blink into multiple fresh cards, rapidly digging through the library. Asymmetric disruptive pieces like Drannith Magistrate, Dauntless Dismantler, and Grafdigger's Cage slow opposing development while the deck builds toward its combo finishes. The primary win condition is assembled around Turn 5 using Displacer Kitten and Teferi, Time Raveler with a zero-mana artifact, or Naru Meha, Master Wizard with Blur, to draw the entire library and win on the spot with Thassa's Oracle.
