Deck overview

This deck is an optimized Rakdos Treasure-Aggro deck led by Burakos, Party Leader and Guild Artisan. The strategy revolves around assembling low-cost party creatures—such as Changeling Outcast and Universal Automaton—to maximize Burakos's attack trigger alongside Guild Artisan's Background ability. When Burakos attacks the player with the highest life total, the deck drains life and generates four to five Treasure tokens in a single combat step. This massive mana acceleration powers out game-ending payoffs ahead of curve. The primary win condition is an infinite combat loop with Aggravated Assault, which pays for its own activations through Burakos and Guild Artisan's Treasure generation. Alternate closing lines include burn multipliers like Mirkwood Bats, Marionette Apprentice, and Mayhem Devil, or swarming the table with 5/5 flying Dragons via Draconic Visitor. Backed by premium black tutors, format-staple fast mana, and free interaction like Deflecting Swat and Deadly Rollick, the deck presents a fast, consistent clock.
