Deck overview

This is a Jeskai artifact/charge-counter build helmed by Inspirit, Flagship Vessel. The plan is to accumulate charge counters, multiply them with proliferate, and convert them into a win: Darksteel Reactor at 20 counters, Lux Artillery burning each opponent once the board holds 30 counters, or an animated artifact combat finish via Cyberdrive Awakener, Depthshaker Titan, and Alibou, Ancient Witness. Inspirit accelerates the plan with a two-counter combat trigger, turns spare creatures into charge via Station, and eventually becomes a flying 5/5 that gives every other artifact hexproof and indestructible. The commander is a synergist, not the engine: every payoff and proliferate piece lives in the 99. The deck is slow and linear, but once Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus or Kilo, Apogee Mind comes online, the counter math accelerates quickly and threatens a reactor win or an artifact overrun in the mid-game.
