Hobbit Precon - King's Command (Bard) by arxtos

Format: Commander

Commander: Bard, King of Dale

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Bard, King of Dale is a draw-and-token multiplier in Azorius. The primary plan is to resolve Bard and then convert "draw your second card" payoffs into doubled token armies. Attackers like Adeline, Resplendent Cathar and Hero of Bladehold double their token production during combat, letting the board explode in one or two swings. Divine Visitation upgrades those tokens into 4/4 Angels, while Psychosis Crawler converts Bard's doubled draws into a direct life-loss kill. The Council of Four, Smothering Tithe, and Bident of Thassa keep the engine fed. There is no hidden commander; Krang, the All-Powerful is a support piece that amplifies the same draw-based triggers.
