This is an aggressive Izzet spellslinger build that treats Commander Balmor, Battlemage Captain as a portable anthem plus a card-advantage engine. The deck wants to chain cheap interaction, card draw, and storm damage into a wide trampling attack that closes the game quickly. Planning to play Balmor by turn 3-4 and then to use his static +1/+0 anthem effect to make every token, haste creature, or Kiln Fiend a must-answer threat. Since the commander is only 3 mana, the tower is low to the ground and recastable; the whole deck is designed to turn every instant and sorcery into reach: reach to find gas, reach to make monsters huge, and reach to feed a Curious Fiend or Guttersnipe.
