Deck overview

This deck is an Abzan toughness-matters combat engine led by Felothar the Steadfast. It turns low-cost, high-toughness defenders into formidable attackers by assigning combat damage equal to toughness rather than power. During the opening turns, the deck ramps quickly with cards like Overgrown Battlement and Sylvan Caryatid while deploying massive blockers such as Indomitable Ancients and Tree of Redemption. Once Felothar the Steadfast enters on turn 4, these defenders immediately become offensive threats that hit for double-digit damage.
