Grub V2

Format: Commander

Commander: Grub, Storied Matriarch // Grub, Notorious Auntie

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Rakdos Goblin tribal aggro deck built around the transforming commander Grub, Storied Matriarch // Grub, Notorious Auntie. The primary game plan is to deploy a dense swarm of cheap goblins, leverage cost reducers like Goblin Warchief and Frogtosser Banneret, and overwhelm opponents through explosive token generation-primarily via Krenko, Mob Boss and multiple mobilize/blight effects. The commander provides recursion on its front side and creates tapped-and-attacking token copies on its back side, offering additional reach and board resilience. The deck wins through unblockable combat damage, often pushed across the finish line by Coat of Arms or a critical mass of lords. There are no infinite combos; victory relies on combat inevitability.
