Deck overview

This Rakdos burn and spellslinger deck leverages Kuja, Genome Sorcerer to turn cheap noncreature spells into lethal direct damage. Kuja generates 0/1 Wizard tokens that deal 1 damage to each opponent whenever a noncreature spell is cast. Once four Wizards are in play, Kuja transforms into Trance Kuja, Fate Defied, doubling all damage dealt by Wizards. The deck packs redundant pingers such as Coruscation Mage, Electrostatic Field, and Kessig Flamebreather, alongside damage multipliers like Solphim, Mayhem Dominus, City on Fire, and Fiery Emancipation. While it lacks unconditional black tutors and hyper-fast mana rocks, it maintains strong functional redundancy and fluid card velocity through low-cost draw spells. It also features a two-card infinite mana combo using Mana Geyser and Reiterate. The primary game plan reliably establishes its engine by Turn 4, creates lethal pressure on Turn 6, and burns out the entire table by Turn 7.
