Deck overview

This deck is a Temur Dinosaur tribal stompy strategy piloted by the partner pair Owen Grady, Raptor Trainer and Blue, Loyal Raptor. The deck accelerates early using an extensive suite of low-cost ramp spells, mana dorks, and tribal cost reducers before establishing both commanders on Turns 3 and 4. Owen places keyword counters (haste, trample, menace, reach) onto Blue, which then automatically propagates those counters to every subsequent Dinosaur entering the battlefield. This allows massive threats such as Ghalta, Primal Hunger, Gigantosaurus, and Ravenous Tyrannosaurus to attack the turn they enter. Mid-game Enrage synergies from Polyraptor, Ripjaw Raptor, and Wrathful Raptors turn incoming damage into card draw, token armies, and direct burn. The deck operates with strong resilience against commander removal by pivoting into pure beatdown, though its reliance on heavy creature boards makes it vulnerable to sweeping removal due to limited defensive instant-speed protection.
