Deck overview

Super-Skrull is a five-color activated-ability commander, and this deck is a Villain-tribal value pile built to make his abilities cheap, repeatable, and explosive. The primary plan is to land the Skrull, cheapen his activations with Training Grounds, Biomancer's Familiar, and Zirda, the Dawnwaker, then turn {5}{U} into a Draw Four, {3}{G} into a pump to 8/9, and {4}{R} into removal. Redshift, Rocketeer Chief is the best fuel, converting his power into ability-only mana. Around that engine, Villain synergy pieces like Madame Hydra, Prowler, Clawed Thief, and Ares, God of War provide bodies, connive triggers, and recursion. The deck wins through incremental commander damage from a flying 8/9 Super-Skrull, backed by token beats, reanimation, and drain effects like Kang, Temporal Tyrant and Shriek, Treblemaker. It is a slow, grindy value deck with no fast combo finish.
