Deck overview

Rona is a two-sided build-around: the front half is a cheap legendary looter that untaps on every legendary cast, and the deck is ultimately built to transform her into Rona, Tolarian Obliterator, turning one-damage pings into random hand exile and free spells. The rest of the deck is a compact Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal untap engine with pinger or extra-turn outlets, backed by an independent Archaeomancer/Mystic Sanctuary recursion package. Although it looks like a durdly control deck, its actual finish is infinite untaps/extra turns followed by Rona or Pestilence Demon closing the game. There is no hidden commander; Rona is the construction target.
