mill deck by jamikoXseajay

Format: Commander

Commander: Bruvac the Grandiloquent

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Bruvac the Grandiloquent is a force multiplier, not an engine: the primary plan is to keep Bruvac on the battlefield, protect him with countermagic, then resolve a halving mill spell such as Traumatize, Cut Your Losses, kicked Maddening Cacophony, Kitsune's Technique, or Jidoor Overture so that the doubled half empties opponents' libraries. Secondary paths lean on draw-mill enchantments, upkeep engines, and The Mindskinner converting combat damage into mass mill. There is no true hidden commander; Persistent Nightmare and Lier act as recursion, while Fraying Sanity and Riverchurn Monument provide scaling finish effects. The deck is an all-in sorcery-speed mill strategy whose shield is its counterspell suite.
