This is a five-color Scarecrow-tribal deck built around Reaper King as the primary value engine and win condition. The core strategy leverages an extensive flicker/blink suite-over 15 effects-to repeatedly trigger Reaper King's enters-the-battlefield ability, destroying any permanent each time a Scarecrow enters. The deck combines a dense Changeling/Scarecrow creature base with tribal synergies like Kindred Discovery, Vanquisher's Banner, and Reflections of Littjara to generate overwhelming card advantage and board control. The primary win condition is infinite mana via Peregrine Drake + Deadeye Navigator (or Emiel the Blessed), followed by infinitely flickering Reaper King to exile all opponent permanents, then attacking for lethal. Backup plans include combat beats from a growing army of Scarecrows and incremental value from repeated ETB effects. The commander is essential as the payoff, but the deck's deep redundancy in flicker and creature-typing effects keeps the engine running even if Reaper King is answered.
