Deck overview

This deck is a classic mono-green stompy strategy commanded by Goreclaw, Terror of Qal Sisma. It leverages efficient early ramp to deploy Goreclaw on Turn 3, unlocking substantial cost reductions for creatures with power four or greater. On Turn 4, the deck converts this mana advantage into board presence and massive card flow using draw engines like Garruk's Uprising, The Great Henge, and Vaultborn Tyrant. By Turn 5, it transitions into a lethal threat state by resolving explosive overrun cards or creature tutors such as Craterhoof Behemoth, Triumph of the Hordes, and Natural Order. The deck quickly overpowers standard pod life totals through large trampling attackers, closing games by Turn 6. While vulnerable to early sweepers and light on reactive interaction, its sheer redundancy and explosive mana production provide consistent, crushing board states.
