Oh. Hey Bob by TrezFlare

Format: Commander

Commander: Bob, Reluctant HYDRA Agent

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This mono-black drain deck helmed by Bob, Reluctant HYDRA Agent leverages a dense web of lifegain-triggered drain effects, Villain tribal synergies, and recursion to grind out the table. The core plan is to establish multiple permanents like Ayara, First of Locthwain, Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose, and Enduring Tenacity so that every life-gain event becomes a table-wide punishment. The commander acts as a reusable value piece that nibbles at life totals while dodging removal by returning to hand, but the deck's engine runs independently of him. Graveyard recursion via The Soul Stone, Ninja Teen, and Endless Ranks of HYDRA provides resilience, while a suite of conditional board wipes clears the path for incremental drain to close out games.
