Commander: Seluma, Light of Aysen

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a five-color Angel tribal battle-cruiser hiding behind a mono-white commander. Seluma, Light of Aysen exists primarily to break the color-identity rule, letting the deck run the full spectrum of Angels - red Aurelia, the Warleader, black Liesa, Forgotten Archangel, green Sigarda, Host of Herons, and even the five-color Maelstrom Archangel. Gameplay is straightforward: fix mana, ramp into an evasive army of flyers, deploy lords like Lyra Dawnbringer and Righteous Valkyrie, and win through combat. Seluma doubles as a recursion engine - every combat hit reanimates an Angel from the graveyard. Secondary win lines include Kaalia of the Vast cheating Angels in tapped-and-attacking, Aurelia, the Warleader's extra combat phase, and Gisela, Blade of Goldnight doubling all damage dealt. The deck has no infinite combos; it wins by overwhelming the table with large, recursive, hexproof-shrouded flyers.
