Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Rakdos aristocrats and Treasure-centric burn engine commanded by Evereth, Viceroy of Plunder. The strategy rapidly builds early board presence using low-cost token generators, fast mana, and Treasure producers such as Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer, Jadar, Ghoulcaller of Nephalia, and Black Market Connections. Once Evereth enters the battlefield, it converts disposable creatures and artifacts into +1/+1 counters and flying combat pressure. The deck scales aggressively with amplifiers like Blade of the Bloodchief, Tarrian's Soulcleaver, and The Ozolith. Instead of fearing removal, Evereth turns death into a decisive win condition: paying {1}{B/R} on death deals damage equal to its swollen power directly to each opponent. Supported by Mayhem Devil, Marionette Apprentice, and Fling, the deck seamlessly transitions from aerial beatdown into an unavoidable, table-wide burst of direct damage, while ultra-efficient redirection spells like Deflecting Swat protect the engine during critical turns.
