K’rriket by Trunk_Monkey21

Format: Commander

Commander: K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

A mono-black life-payment deck whose primary plan is to cast K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth early, then convert life into cheap black spells and massive draw. The commander's role is a cost reducer/ritual enabler rather than the only combo piece. The deck wins through Aetherflux Reservoir storm after Peer into the Abyss or Bolas's Citadel, through Chainer plus Gray Merchant loops, or through Professor Onyx plus Chain of Smog. There is no hidden commander; the double-faced cards Sephiroth and Emeritus of Woe are utility payoffs/tutors, not alternate generals. Secondary fallbacks include Razaketh tutoring and death-trigger drain via Blood Artist.
