Deck overview

This Sultai deck is an engine-driven midrange list centered on face-down creature mechanics (Morph, Megamorph, Disguise, and Manifest) led by Kadena, Slinking Sorcerer. Kadena makes the first face-down creature spell cast each turn free ({3} discount) and draws a card whenever a face-down creature enters. By pairing Kadena with flash enablers like Leyline of Anticipation, Vivien, Champion of the Wilds, and The Blue Spirit, the deck casts free morphs and draws extra cards on each opponent's turn. Interaction is delivered through uncounterable un-flip special actions that counter spells, redirect targets, or destroy permanents at instant speed. The deck steadily builds an imposing wide board before closing games through mass combat buffs like Beastmaster Ascension, Kozilek, the Broken Reality, or large token generators like Printlifter Ooze.
