Deck overview

This mono-white deck turns damage into raw power using Anti-Venom, Horrifying Healer. Anti-Venom prevents all incoming damage to himself and converts it directly into +1/+1 counters. By attaching cards like Pariah, Inquisitor's Flail, and Nemesis Mask, or casting symmetric damage spells like Wave of Reckoning, the deck forces massive amounts of damage onto Anti-Venom to grow him into a one-shot lethal attacker. An outstanding suite of cheap, flexible protection spells—such as Loran's Escape, Restoration Magic, Bastion Protector, and Haystack—keeps your commander safe from exile and sacrifice removal. As a compact alternate win condition, the deck features the infinite damage combo of Phyrexian Vindicator and Guilty Conscience. While the deck has limited card draw and lacks creature tutors, its combat resilience and defensive redundancy make it a formidable Voltron force.
