Deck overview

This deck is a Jund Aristocrats and Reanimator strategy commanded by Slimefoot and Squee. The primary game plan focuses on filling the graveyard with high-impact creatures and leveraging the commander's built-in recursion ability to cheat them into play alongside Saproling tokens. Dense low-cost ramp and potent tutors like Buried Alive set up an early Protean Hulk line or an aristocrats loop using Pitiless Plunderer, Chatterfang, Squirrel General, and drain payoffs such as Blood Artist or Mayhem Devil. The deck generates exceptional card flow through engines like Skullclamp and Korvold, Fae-Cursed King, allowing it to recover rapidly from board wipes. While it lacks stack-based countermagic and remains vulnerable to dedicated graveyard hate, its sheer redundancy and compact same-turn finish make it a lethal, resilient threat.
