New Untitled Deck by Kaio

Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier is an Izzet spellslinger mana engine: every noncreature spell grows her and pings each opponent, and her one-shot activation converts that power into U/R mana for longer chains. The deck's primary plan is to cast Vivi early, then use cheap draw, rituals, copy effects, and recursive spells to chain a critical mass of instants/sorceries, killing through Vivi, Fiery Inscription, Coruscation Mage, Ghyrson Starn, and Storm-Kiln Artist. Secondary paths are the Niv-Mizzet, Parun + Curiosity draw-damage loop, Hullbreaker Horror + Sol Ring infinite mana, Bonus Round + Narset's Reversal + Storm-Kiln Artist infinite spells, and Repercussion + Blasphemous Act. There is no hidden commander; Niv-Mizzet, Parun is a finisher, not a build-around.
