New Untitled Deck by ClassicNate81

Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier is the mana battery and pinger around which the whole deck turns. Cheap noncreature spells grow her, and once per turn her 0 ability converts her power into blue/red mana to chain more spells. Damage comes from Vivi's own triggers plus Guttersnipe, Fiery Inscription, Harmonic Prodigy, and copy effects. The most compact kill is the Niv-Mizzet plus Curiosity/Tandem Lookout draw-ping loop, and Past in Flames/Underworld Breach convert the graveyard into extra fuel. There is no hidden commander; the deck is built to use Vivi's engine and pivot into the Niv combo as the finisher.
