Deck overview

High Perfect Morcant is a Golgari elfball commander with a -1/-1 counter twist. The primary plan is to flood the battlefield with Elves and use Morcant's blight trigger to spread -1/-1 counters, turning Flourishing Defenses, Blowfly Infestation, and Necroskitter into token generation and creature theft. The commander is a value engine and removal hinge, not a hard requirement. Secondary paths include an infinite-mana line with mana dorks plus Staff of Domination, finished by Lathril or a deck-drawing Staff. Lathril serves as a hidden lieutenant and alternate drain wincon. The deck ultimately wins through Craterhoof Behemoth overrun or Ezuri, Renegade Leader's trample pump.
