This deck is an Orzhov lifegain and attrition strategy helmed by Niv-Mizzet, Ghost Counsel. The game plan establishes cheap lifegain permanents like Soul Warden and tax effects like Blind Obedience in the early turns. On Turn 5, the commander enters to transform every lifegain instance into massive card draw by paying equivalent life.
