Deck overview

This deck is a Boros Dwarf Tribal and Equipment Aggro strategy commanded by Thorin, King of Durin's Folk. The game plan revolves around deploying low-cost Dwarf creatures in the early turns, then casting Thorin to generate Treasure tokens and grant a massive +1/+0 anthem to all other Dwarves for each artifact token in play. By amassing Treasures through Dwarf entries and cards like Academy Manufactor or Professional Face-Breaker, the deck turns modest utility creatures into formidable combat threats. The list is supplemented by equipment packages such as Colossus Hammer, Lightning Greaves, and Conqueror's Flail, which grant protection, evasion, and burst power. While the deck boasts resilient anti-wipe tools like Clever Concealment and Selfless Spirit, it lacks fast tutors and stack interaction. It wins primarily through overwhelming fair combat damage by Turn 8, with Hellkite Tyrant serving as an alternate artifact-count win condition.
