This Orzhov deck, helmed by Sorin of House Markov // Sorin, Ravenous Neonate, pursues a classic life-drain game plan. The primary win condition is assembling an infinite loop between a "whenever you gain life, each opponent loses that much life" effect (Sanguine Bond, Enduring Tenacity, Marauding Blight-Priest, Starscape Cleric, Bloodthirsty Conqueror) and a "whenever an opponent loses life, you gain that much life" effect (Exquisite Blood, Bloodthirsty Conqueror). Any incidental life gain - from an Extort trigger, a Soul Warden ETB, or a spell like Sign in Blood - breaks the loop, instantly draining the table. A secondary Vampire tribal combat plan provides redundancy and incremental pressure, while big X-spells like Exsanguinate and Debt to the Deathless offer an alternative finish. The commander's Extort and eventual planeswalker removal ability complement the theme, but the engine does not rely on him.
