Dawnflare by Dendrex

Format: Commander

Commander: Hinata, Dawn-Crowned

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Hinata, Dawn-Crowned is the deck's engine and tax piece: she makes spells with targets cheaper and opponents' targeted spells more expensive. The primary plan is a spellslinger control-combo: use Hinata to fire cheap cantrips and removal, build tokens and Treasures with Young Pyromancer, Monastery Mentor, Storm-Kiln Artist, and finish with a massive copied Comet Storm or Explosion. Secondary paths are token beatdown via Monk/Elemental/Soldier armies and a resource war using Ghostly Prison and Smuggler's Share. There is no hidden or double-faced commander; the deck is built entirely around Hinata's targeting discount, with Flamehold Grappler and Rite of Replication as the principal combo amplifiers.
