Deck overview

This Abzan deck is a high-synergy combat engine led by Felothar the Steadfast that turns high-toughness defenders into formidable attackers. By assigning combat damage based on toughness and ignoring defender restrictions, cheap walls like Wall of Omens, Carven Caryatid, and Overgrown Battlement double as efficient mana/draw engines and massive threats. Felothar also converts spare 0-power defenders into pure card draw without discarding. The deck leverages power-skewed asymmetric board wipes such as Slaughter the Strong and The Battle of Bywater alongside Meekstone to decimate opposing boards while leaving its own creatures completely unharmed. Once an overwhelming defensive board is assembled, overrun effects like Tower Defense and unblockable enablers like Sidar Kondo of Jamuraa and Akroma's Will close out games rapidly through combat.
