Bulbous Baby by TastyBurgr

Format: Commander

Commander: Kami of the Crescent Moon

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This mono-blue deck is centered on Kami of the Crescent Moon's symmetrical extra draw. The primary plan is to fill every hand, then punish large hands with Iron Maiden, Viseling, and Ebony Owl Netsuke while Psychosis Crawler and Scrawling Crawler convert your own draws into life loss. The secondary path is combo: Pensive Professor with Wizard Class level 3 creates an infinite draw loop ended by Psychosis Crawler, Psychic Corrosion, or Jace/Laboratory Maniac. Twenty-Toed Toad and Triskaidekaphile provide alternate hand-size wins. There is no hidden commander; the deck is explicitly built around Kami, though it functions without it.
