Vivi by mnio8210

Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier is a spell-slinger burn/mana engine: every noncreature spell puts a +1/+1 counter on her, drains each opponent for 1, and her once-per-turn {0} ability converts her power into U/R. The deck uses 1-mana cantrips, rituals, and transmute tutors to chain spells, grows Vivi into a ritual, and then closes with storm finishers. Its cleanest deterministic line is Haze of Rage with buyback under Storm-Kiln Artist, which creates net Treasure each recast; alternate kills use Jeska's Will + Reiterate for infinite red or Past in Flames/Underworld Breach to recast the chain. Veyran and Harmonic Prodigy double the trigger value. While not infinite, Quicksilver Elemental can borrow Vivi's abilities for extra mana if Vivi is removed. There is no hidden commander; Veyran and Harmonic Prodigy are support, not alternate commanders.
