Bracket: 3

Deck overview

An Orzhov life-total control deck built around Mister Negative's exchange trigger, which doubles as card draw and combo starter. The goal is to place a life-gain payoff-Sanguine Bond, Vito, Enduring Tenacity, Defiant Bloodlord, or Vizkopa Guildmage-then create one massive life swing with Beacon of Immortality, Axis of Mortality, Magus of the Mirror, or Mister Negative himself. Sengir, the Dark Baron is the hidden chain-kill engine: when the first opponent dies, his life-gain trigger feeds the same payoff, eliminating the next opponent, then the next. Tree of Perdition plus Warlock Class and a two-cast Approach of the Second Sun are backup paths. Recursion via Phyrexian Reclamation and Whip of Erebos keeps the pieces alive.
