This deck is a high-power Azorius artifact strategy helmed by Mendicant Core, Guidelight. It accelerates rapidly using low-cost mana rocks, artifact lands, and dedicated cost reducers like Etherium Sculptor and Foundry Inspector. The primary win condition revolves around a 3-card loop using Mystic Forge (or The Reality Chip), a cost reducer, and Sensei's Divining Top to draw the entire library.
