Y'shtola, Night's Blessed commands an Esper control and combo shell that capitalizes on spellslinging, incremental life drain, and card draw. The deck establishes early board control through stax pieces and an extensive counterspell suite before assembling game-ending combos. The primary win conditions are two-card infinite loops: Mindcrank paired with either Bloodchief Ascension or Duskmantle Guildmage to mill out the table, and Exquisite Blood paired with Enduring Tenacity or Starscape Cleric to drain opponents infinitely.
