Deck overview

This mono-blue tempo deck is built around Wan Shi Tong, All-Knowing, turning library-tucking effects into an army of elusive Spirit tokens that cannot block or be blocked by non-Spirits. The game plan focuses on accelerating mana on the opening turns to deploy the commander on Turn 4 or 5. Once assembled, the deck leverages continuous library-manipulation tools such as Teferi's Puzzle Box, Sensei's Divining Top, and tuck-based removal spells like Submerge, Expel from Orazca, and Aetherspouts to repeatedly trigger Spirit generation across every turn. These unblockable tokens connect freely to fuel massive card advantage through Bident of Thassa and Reconnaissance Mission, while Junk Winder and Perplexing Test keep opposing battlefields completely suppressed. The deck closes games around Turn 9 by swarming opponents with an unblockable flying and phantom board backed by counterspells.
