Deck overview

Thorin, King of Durin's Folk is a Boros Dwarf-tribal tempo deck that turns every Dwarf entering into artifact tokens and every artifact token into attack power. The primary plan is to flood the board with cheap Dwarves and treasure/equipment tokens, let Thorin's anthem pump the team, then win with one massive combat step, often using double strike or an extra combat. Secondary paths include Magda tutoring a Dragon, especially Hellkite Tyrant, and winning with its artifact-count trigger. There is no hidden commander or double-faced commander; Magda acts as a powerful secondary engine in the 99. The deck is fast but still needs a critical mass of Dwarves to close out games.
