Deck overview

This is a mono-red ETB damage deck built around Norin the Wary. Norin exiles on every spell cast or attack and returns at each end step, making it a free, repeatable enter-the-battlefield trigger. The deck surrounds Norin with 'whenever a creature you control enters' damage effects (Impact Tremors, Purphoros, Agate Instigator) and multiplies that damage with Torbran, Solphim, Mechanized Warfare, and Ojer Axonil. Backup plans include stealing permanents with Confusion in the Ranks and using Neheb, the Eternal to bank a huge Comet Storm. It is a grindy, value-driven build that wins through cumulative chip damage rather than a single fast combo.
